8 Hour Lead Safe Revovator This course is required by the State of Iowa and the EPA for anyone (for profit, or non-profit) working in or on pre-1978 housing and child-occupied facilities. This includes, but is not limited to work such as: Painting, Siding,Windows, Gutters, Roofing, Flooring, Countertops & Cabinets, Window Treatments, Garage Doors, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Mechanical, Maintenance Workers, Handyman Services, Landlords, Specialty Wiring, etc.

Training certification must be renewed every 3 years by taking the 4 hour refresher course.

This course is approved by the Iowa Plumbing & Mechanical Systems Board for 8 hours of continuing education credit toward the IOSH safety requirments. The 8 credits can be split for those that hold multiple licenses. Price: $200.00
